Drop the preview script (and the .gitattributes that only existed for
it); the skill now describes downloading candidates with curl and
viewing them with Read.

- .gitattributes forces LF for *.sh so scripts run under bash on Windows
- README: clone anywhere and copy skill folders into ~/.claude/skills
- Drop .gitignore (only needed when the repo was the skills folder)
