Chore: Keep scripts LF, install by copying skills

Browse Source 
- .gitattributes forces LF for *.sh so scripts run under bash on Windows
- README: clone anywhere and copy skill folders into ~/.claude/skills
- Drop .gitignore (only needed when the repo was the skills folder)

This repo is laid out as a personal skills folder. If you don't have `~/.claude/skills` yet, clone it there:

To update, `git pull` and copy again. Claude Code picks up changes to `~/.claude/skills` without a restart.
