Subject: [PATCH] Chore: Keep scripts LF, install by copying skills

- .gitattributes forces LF for *.sh so scripts run under bash on Windows
- README: clone anywhere and copy skill folders into ~/.claude/skills
- Drop .gitignore (only needed when the repo was the skills folder)
