Each runs once a day, 1.5 hours apart, so each one starts with a fresh hourly GitHub API budget. All can also be run by hand from the Actions tab. Each run posts a summary to ntfy through `notify.js`. `gitea-mirrors.js` holds the API helpers the two sync scripts share.
