Before the delay fix only the first frame got the script's delay, the rest
played at 100ms (webp) or 0 (gif). Pixels are unchanged in every frame, only
frame timing differs. Drops the /test2 comparison page.

45 new animations, each its own girl doing something different: running late
with toast, soul leaving, glasses glint, waterfall tears, table flip, love
letter, ojou laugh, ramen, idol, gamer, kotatsu, onsen, sparkler, goldfish
scooping, fishing a star off the moon, kitsune, mermaid, vampire, ninja,
astronaut, skating, walking a shiba and more.
npm run gen with ids now renders only those ids, so parallel renders of
different ids don't touch each other's files.
